Arts Association President Earns Membership With Stanford Who's Who
Shiu Ching Kao-Baffa has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional effort in the Arts.

ALEXANDRIA, VA, October 16, 2010 /Stanford Who's Who/ -- Shiu Ching Kao-Baffa has been accepted among the prestigious ranks of Stanford Who's Who as a result of her exceptional effort in the Arts. As President of The U.S. Chinese Cultural Arts Association, as well as throughout her incredible 15 years in the United States, Shiu Ching has consistently displayed the passion, vision and dedication necessary to be considered among the best.

The U.S. Chinese Cultural Arts Association is a membership organization which is involved with dance, music, martial arts and hand crafts. Shiu Ching is responsible for managing all major aspects of the organization as well as overseeing the daily operations. She is a member of the Kennedy Center of American Arts.
