CHESAPEAKE, VA, June 03, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Dance Karma Entertainment LLC is the creator of competitive dance series, "Karma Butler's American Dance Legend (Season 1)." Each half-hour episode challenges remaining dance contestants to the heights of their personalities inside and the performing dancer on the outside. The dancers quickly find out this won't be your typical dance reality television show. They'll be innovatively challenged by professional choreographers. The nurturing team of choreographers/judges, led by Karma Butler (Creator and Executive Producer) with Lisa Wallace, Jonathan Green, Blake Robinson, Cheresa Genice, and Dede Ulses, travel on an open call audition tour to find talented dancers with exceptional personalities to participate on season one of their new series. They will help dancers learn what it takes to live their life as a professional dancer and will award the winner the series highest honor of being "The American Dance Legend." The new four-episode 30-minute series will premiere Saturday, June 5, 2010 at 12:30PM ET on CBS Affiliate WTKR TV 3.
"'Karma Butler's American Dance Legend' is a show that educates young dancers who aspire to become dance professionals. They are taught how professional dancers stabilize successful careers through simulations including; On-Camera-Interviews, Touring with Recording Artists, Television Commercials, Music Videos, Broadway and Stage Performance, Dance Style Adaptation, Free-Style, Improvisation, and more. We are committed to providing our young entrepreneurs of dance a solid platform of skills, entertainment-industry-networking, media publicity, and job placement by making them television dance stars," said Karma Butler.

KARMA BUTLER lives a revolving life of entertainment as a Recording Artist, Entertainment Producer Choreographer, Dancer, and Actor. He has three published albums, all available on iTunes, and has achieved international notoriety for having two number-one song charting singles on Sony's Music Chart. His dance education comes from Los Angeles where he has worked with famed choreographers Wade Robson and Tovaris Wilson, and has landed call-backs for Prince and Janet Jackson. His television and movie credits include; "American Pie," "Fame Reality TV," "FBI Files," "Clueless," "Sister-Sister," and "The Dating Game." He credits his cousin, actress/singer Tichina Arnold, for mentoring and instilling his devoted passion for entertainment and helping others.
