SPDW Dance Theatre in "Raw Bones and Other Stories" this April 25-26
This April 25 and 26, Same Planet Different World Dance Theatre makes a guest appearance at the Lund Auditorium, in Julie Petry's "Raw Bones and Other Stories."


/Dance News Articles/ - CHICAGO, IL, March 21, 2008 - "Raw Bones and Other Stories, an Exciting Evening of Theatrical Dance!" is an emotionally charged and riveting collection of dance works. A captivating narrative ride, the work includes more than thirty artists' movement stories on Friday, April 25, 2008 at 8:00pm and Saturday, April 26, 2008 at 2:00pm at the Lund Auditorium. Same Planet Different World Dance Theatre is pleased to join Julie Petry's "Raw Bones and Other Stories." Arts faculty member Julie Petry brings together some of the best talent in the Chicago-land area, including her own choreographic work and performance, and collaboration with AMEBA Acrobatic & Aerial Dance, Dominican's own student Dance Club, The Jump Rhythm Jazz Project, RASA Dance Chicago, Same Planet Different World*, and Ray Tadio, former member of Alvin Ailey 2.
