Celebrating Kids Gala Seeks Local Stars
Easter Seals-Michigan is seeking audition DVDs/CDs from SE Michigan youth performers in elementary, middle and high school to perform at a gala dinner dance and show on Friday October 5, 2007 at the Royal Park Hotel in Rochester. Deadline for submissions is July 10, 2007.

/Dance News Articles/ - WATERFORD, MI, May 18, 2007 - Easter Seals - Michigan is seeking talented local performers for the eighth annual Celebrating Kids gala dinner dance and show. School groups such as show choirs, jazz bands, dance companies as well as individual musicians, dancers and singers are encouraged to submit an audition CD/DVD to perform in the 45 minute dinner show. Celebrating Kids will be held on Friday evening, October 5, 2007 at the elegant Royal Park Hotel in Rochester. Special honoree at this event is former Detroit Redwings star, Ted Lindsey.

Auditions must be submitted via CD or DVD. For those who are selected, the audition piece will be the one performed at the gala. More than one audition piece may be submitted. Performances must not exceed three minutes. All auditions must be accompanied by the Celebrating Kids Audition Form which can be found at www.essmichigan.org. Enclose a self addressed stamped envelope if you want your audition media returned to you.
